Kirm Perpar continues international development with the membership in Grimaldi Alliance

The new international partnership was structured by Grimaldi Studio Legale, one of the leading law firms in the Italian market with offices in Milan, Rome, Bari, Parma, Brussels, London, Lugano and New York, 44 partners and more than 180 laywers. Grimaldi Studio Legale is recognised for its quality and business approach. Grimaldi Alliance brings presence in an ever-growing number of Countries; direct involvement with highly-qualified national professionals; one-Stop Shop for clients who need to monitor their cross-border investments.

The new international partnership began on April 1 2019 in Spain with professionals from Amat & Vidal-Quadras (AVQ), present in Barcelona and Madrid with about 30 professionals, experts in M&A, litigation, finance, tax. The new agreements signed include the inclusion of facilities in Albania (Hoxha, Memi & Hoxha), Bosnia (Dimitrijevic & Partneri), Bulgaria (Dimitrov, Petrov & Co), Croatia (Zuric i Partneri), Macedonia (Apostolska & Partners), Serbia and Montenegro (Bojovic, Draskovic Popovic & Partners), and Slovenia with Kirm Perpar.
