Attorney-at-law Sara Vrhunc was a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana

On 9 November 2022, our of counsel, Sara Vrhunc, attorney-at-law was a guest lecturer for the students of the Faculty of Law, University of Ljubljana, in the course "Commercial Law and Procedure" at Master's study programme in Law. Sara gave lecture on the topic "Representation of a client in (commercial litigation) - selected issues of procedural law".

The lecture focused on the practical issues and challenges that a lawyer may face when representing a client in a commercial dispute, with an analysis of recent case law. Sara also prepared some short cases for students, focusing on the question of whether a particular or any of the offered cases qualifies as a commercial dispute for which the specific provisions for commercial disputes of chapter thirty-two of the Civil Procedure Act will apply in the proceeding.
