Sana is also active in the field of intellectual property, focusing primarily on trademark registrations, intellectual property aspects of transactions, fundamental rights, copyright and intellectual property disputes.

She also has a strong insight into personal data protection and advises clients on various aspects of data protection legislation, including the drafting of privacy policies, terms of use, cookie policies and various regulatory issues.

Sana also has experience in the field of aviation law, in which she has already advised domestic and international clients, especially regarding aircraft registration and aircraft leasing. She also boasts experience in the field of pharmacy and healthcare, where she has advised healthcare and pharmaceutical companies in particular in connection with promotional and advertising activities, as well as in relation to drug and medical device regulations, donations and sponsorships.
