The Legal 500 EMEA 2023 guide has ranked Kirm Perpar Gorjup as one of the leading Slovenian law firms.

The Legal 500 has been evaluating the skills of law firms around the world for 33 years. Each year, a thorough research program is revised and updated to provide the most recent picture of the global legal industry. Research is based on interviews with top private practice attorneys and input from clients across the globe.

We are especially proud of our Clients' responses who shared with the researchers that: “One of the things that stands out is their entrepreneurial approach to understanding their client’s business and objectives, and providing tailored legal support accordingly.", that we are "a highly skilled team with very good legal knowledge and understanding of business. The team is well known for their availability and responsiveness, as well as for their commercial approach and understanding the needs of their clients." and that: "The team from Kirm Perpar Gorjup possesses an excellent combination of skills which ensures high-quality delivery of services from various practice areas. Their best attributes are pragmatism, an ability to turn around matters quickly, and the ability to explain complex legal matters in a simple way.”

Below are a few of our work highlights from 2022:
- we advised K&H on the take-over of Alpina, Žiri, which was sold by Slovenian BAMC,
- we advised SOPREMA, as a potential bidder, on the process of bidding for TRIMO, which was divested by Innova Capital in the first half of 2022
- advising E.ON Ljubljana and its shareholder E.ON Hrvatska on the sales process of the local entity to a strategic buyer.
