ABOUT SARA

Sara is Attorney at Law and mediator. She has many years of experience in Attorneyship and business. She advises to domestic and foreign clients in the areas of commercial and civil law, immigration, labour and insolvency law, intellectual property law, energy law and family law.

She has experience in corporate due diligence, mergers and acquisitions. She also advises clients in the areas of real estate and construction law. She represents clients in civil and commercial disputes as well as in more complex commercial negotiations.

Sara has an excellent sense of people's needs and comprehensive solution to the dispute, and she attaches great importance to communication and the joint search for the most favorable outcome for the client.

Her trained soft skills in dispute resolution enable her to help clients find a solution that best suits them individually, both as a lawyer and as a mediator.

Sara is the co-author of the article about Slovenia in the publication Doing Business 2017: Equal Opportunity for All: Enforcing Contracts, published by the World Bank. She also works as a mediator at the Mediation Center of the Bar Association of Slovenia and as an external mediator at the Ministry of Labour, Family, Social Affairs and Equal Opportunities.
