ABOUT NIKA

Nika is an Attorney at Law at Kirm Perpar and works in Corporate and Commercial law, helps clients with inspection and other administrative procedures as well as with disputes.

Nika also has experience in the field of Environmental law, she provides advice to clients mainly in the field of environmental legislation, which relates to the treatment of waste. She also advises clients on a daily basis regarding contracts, general terms and conditions and various regulatory issues. Nika cooperates with companies in the automotive industry, trade and energy.

Nika gained her first work experience in the commercial department of a major Slovenian law firm, and after passing the state legal exam she worked as a senior judicial adviser at the Specialized State Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Slovenia, where she practiced criminal law and is now using her knowledge in solving various minor offence proceedings.
