ABOUT MATEJ

Matej Perpar is a founding partner at Kirm Perpar with extensive experience in Corporate and Commercial and M&A. Besides being active in mentioned areas, Matej developed expertise in Dispute Resolution, Real Estate, Insolvency Law, Employment, Data Protection and White-collar.

Matej is a member of Slovenian Bar Association and an active member of German Chamber of Commerce in Slovenia and British - Slovenian Chamber of Commerce. Matej also holds a certificate enabling him to act as a member of supervisory boards.

Matej regularly contributes articles to expert legal publications on the topics of commercial and corporate law, real estate and white collar. Together with Ajda Kuhar, he contributed the Slovenia chapter of the 2019 edition of Getting the Deal Through: Real Estate 2019. Recently, he provided also a study for European Commission on law applicable to insurance contract.

Chambers & Partners Europe 2022 recognized Matej as an up and coming lawyer in dispute resolution.
