Alja Lukšič is a Senior Associate at Kirm Perpar. She advises clients in different legal fields and is particularly focused on the fields of Corporate and Civil Law, Commercial Law, Insolvency Law and Labour Law.
She has many years of experience in out of court and in court resolution of complex civil and commercial disputes, including disputes stemming from contracts, real estate, damage claims, property rights and neighbourhood affairs. On a daily basis she is advising clients regarding various commercial and civil contracts, internal acts and providing comprehensive legal support to clients on various legal issues. She also participates in legal due diligence of companies.
Alja has participated in representing clients in many complex disputes before courts and other governmental authorities.
She has been working in legal profession since her student days and has gained many years of professional experience in law firms in Ljubljana.
