Luka is a Senior Legal Associate at Kirm Perpar. His areas of work include Commercial law, Civil law and Tax law, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions, status transformations, tax effects of transactions between individuals and legal entities, as well as Dispute Resolution.

In the past, Luka has successfully cooperated with many domestic and foreign companies in the fields of Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Automotive, Aviation and Energy, as well as Gambling. For example, he successfully defended a client in a multimillion-dollar dispute, related to the use of intellectual property rights, participated in the sales process of one of the world's largest providers of mobile applications, and also actively contributed to the implementation of changes in the field of taxation of unannounced personal income.

Luka is also the author of several articles in the field of Employment and Tax law in legal magazines 'Pravna praksa' and 'Davčno finančna praksa'.
