The end of COVID-19 epidemic in Slovenia
On May 31, the Slovenian government is repealing the epidemic with a new ordinance, but some of the measures will still remain in force. Most measures in the field of justice are being lifted, except for those for which the ZIUZEOP defines a certain period of time after the repeal of the measures.

The courts are again ruling in non-urgent cases, time limits do not continue to run
As of Tuesday, 05 May 2020, the courts may again rule, hold hearings and serve court documents also in non-urgent cases, provided that they have taken the precautionary measures to prevent the spread of the infection. Despite the service of court documents, time limits will not continue to run for the time being.
