ABOUT ANJA

Anja is an Attorney at Law at Kirm Perpar. During her career path she gained extensive work experience with legal advisory to domestic and international clients in the fields of commercial and corporate law, banking & finance, energy law, state aid, EU law and representing clients in the arbitration and court proceedings. She participated in many M&A transactions and privatization proceedings.

Furthermore, she was a member of international legal teams in proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. She also participated in the implementation of the decision of the European Court of Human Rights and related proceedings.

In her practice, Anja provides domestic and international clients with entire spectrum of corporate and commercial law advice ranging from general corporate, corporate governance to commercial contracts, and offers comprehensive day-to-day advisory to clients. She also participates in M&A and offers legal advisory in the the fields of banking & finance, energy law and consumer protection law.

As an experienced litigator, Anja handles complex disputes and in this respect represents clients in different types of proceedings before the courts and other authorities.
